We collect the following types of information depending on how you use our service. When you run an audit, we collect your email address, the company website URL you submitted, your target location, the keywords and AI queries you entered, and the results of the audit including screenshots. When you create an account, we additionally collect your name and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). When you make a payment, your payment details are processed directly by Paddle — we do not store card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.
We use your data to provide the audit service — generating your report and delivering it to your email. We use your email to send you the audit report and, where you have given consent, to send you updates, tips, and promotional messages about Get Seenly. We use payment data to process transactions and manage your subscription through Paddle. We may also use aggregate, anonymised data to improve our service.
We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the audit you requested), your consent (for marketing emails — you may withdraw this at any time), and our legitimate interests (for security and fraud prevention).
We use the following third-party services to operate Get Seenly. Supabase (Ireland/EU) stores your account data and audit results. Paddle (UK) processes payments and manages subscriptions. OpenAI (USA) and Perplexity AI (USA) receive your AI queries to generate responses — no personally identifiable information beyond the query text is shared. Google (USA) is used for PageSpeed checks, Google Docs report generation, and optional Google sign-in. Resend (USA) sends transactional and marketing emails on our behalf. Sanity (USA) powers our blog content. Inngest (USA) manages background job processing. All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection agreements.
Some of our third-party providers are based outside the EU/EEA. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We retain your audit data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
Under GDPR and applicable Ukrainian law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, to request a copy of your data in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
