These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Get Seenly website and brand reputation audit service (“Service”) operated by Get Seenly (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Get Seenly provides an automated brand reputation audit tool that checks how a company appears across Google Search, Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google PageSpeed Insights. Results are delivered as an editable Google Doc report. The Service is available on a pay-per-audit basis and through monthly or annual subscription plans.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that these conditions are met.
When you create an account, you are also creating a workspace. One free audit is available per workspace — not per individual user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@getseenly.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Subscription plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal available in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to audit companies or individuals without a legitimate business reason, to attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse free trial provisions, to submit false, misleading, or malicious input data, or to interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
Get Seenly provides automated audit results sourced from third-party platforms including Google, OpenAI, and Perplexity. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in your report. AI-generated responses in particular may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Reports are intended as a starting point for your own analysis and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
The Get Seenly platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your audit reports are yours — you may use, edit, and share them freely. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your submitted data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Seenly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@getseenly.app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
