Refund Policy

Our goal is simple: if the service did not work, you do not pay. If it worked as described, we stand by the result.

This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on Get Seenly. All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.

Single Audit — $15

Because each audit involves real-time API usage and compute costs, we do not offer refunds for completed audits. Once your report has been generated and delivered, the purchase is final. However, if your audit failed to complete due to a technical error on our side and no report was delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-run — your choice. Contact us at hello@getseenly.app within 7 days of the failed audit.

Pro and Agency Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to all subscription features until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within an already-paid billing period.

If you were charged in error — for example due to a technical issue with billing — please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal and have not used any audits in the new billing period, we will issue a full refund for the annual charge. After 14 days or after any audits have been run in the new period, the annual fee is non-refundable.

Free Trial

The free audit available to each workspace upon account creation involves no payment, so no refund applies.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@getseenly.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
